What to Expect

Kenya remains one of the premium destinations in Africa with dozens of National Parks and reserves and an abundant wildlife population from big mammals to big cats roaming a unique landscape of this magical nation.
Our itinerary takes you to Nairobi where you expect an African city life with closer to 4.5 population inhabiting this vibrant capital city of Kenya. The itinerary also provides an opportunity to visit Amboseli National National park known for its wonderful landscape and large herds of elephants with a backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. From Emboseli to Mara you will have an overnight stopover at Lake Naivasha to relax and reflect on your experience from Amboseli. At Masai Mara expect to witness the great migration during game drives, our experienced team and ground handlers know when and where to take you so that you can have that firsthand experience of this charming wildlife migration encounter.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and overnight in Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
You will be warmly welcomed by our representative outside the customs and immigration hall.
Transfer to your hotel and assist with check-in.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Early breakfast at the hotel and check out.
Set off for Amboseli National Park, situated at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Park formalities and enter via remito gate. Game drive en route to your camp.
Arrive and check-in, followed by lunch.
This afternoon, depart for a game drive until sunset.
Return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

Early breakfast and check out. Embark for a drive via Nairobi to Lake Naivasha in the rift valley region,
Arrive and check-in, followed by late lunch.
Have a boat ride in Lake Naivasha to Crescent Island. Arrive and have a guided walk in the park to explore its biodiversity.
Drive back to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara

Breakfast at the lodge and check out. Set off for Masai Mara National Reserve via the town of Narok.
Arrive and check in at the camp, followed by lunch.
Depart for afternoon game drive until sunset
Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Explore the magical Masai Mara

Every new morning on safari brings a different experience. A full day game viewing in the Masai Mara will surely provide some unexpected and rewarding surprises.
Land of Big Cat Diary and Disney’s African Cats, the Maasai Mara is at the top of most people’s Kenyan safari wish lists. The location of the ’Great Migration’ – one of the natural wonders of the world – is a gloriously beautiful, wildlife-rich savannah landscape, once described by the eminent biologist Julian Huxley as ‘the only easily accessible and readily studied remaining portion of the world’s pre-human climax community at its tropical richest.’ It is also a region where traditionally dressed Maasai still herd their cattle and goats in a lifestyle that in some respects hasn’t changed much since they first arrived here 350 years ago.
Meals and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 6: Masai Mara to Nairobi – End

Relaxing breakfast at the lodge and game drive en route to the airstrip for your scheduled Safarilink flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival you’ll be met by your driver guide and transfer to the local restaurant for lunch.
Later, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your outbound flight.
