After breakfast and hotel check-out, embark on a guided city tour. The tour includes visits to the impactful Kigali Genocide Memorial, surrounded by rose gardens and fountains. Enjoy lunch at one of local restaurants before you set off on a scenic drive to Musanze and the Volcanoes National Park area, arriving late afternoon for check-in.

Begin the day with an early breakfast before heading to the park headquarters for a briefing on the Golden Monkey trek. Witness the playful and curious nature of the Golden Monkeys in their natural high-altitude forest habitat. Return to your lodge for lunch followed by a visit to the Gorilla Guardians Village for an immersive experience into the local culture. Participate in traditional dances, hear Gorilla songs, and learn about local customs and historical tales. Return to your lodge for dinner and another restful night.

After an early breakfast, attend a briefing for the Gorilla Trek at the park headquarters and then proceed to the trailhead. The trek provides an unparalleled opportunity to observe mountain gorillas in their natural environment, an experience marked by intimate moments of interaction. After the trek, head back to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, explore the serene twin lakes of Ruhondo and Burera before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnigh.
